THE MISSING DRINK - Results

The winner of The Missing Drink competition held at the Park City Hotel as part of a Sambuca Molinari Product Knowledge competition was Angelo Canessa from Duke's Hotel.

Angelo's prize was a trip to the Molinari Distillery in Civitavecchia, Italy. Bartenders from the London area gathered to compete against each other, with Magally Franco from Apartment 195 acting as the bossy question master.

Angelo Canessa beat Giordano Bartolini from Sartoria only after a hard-fought final round. Other contestants were Nem Lazarevic from The Old Fire Station, Juan Ceballos from Salvadore & Amanda, Salvatore D'Amico from Zebrano, Jack Rackham from Straight Up Bartending School and Paolo Lazzarich & Giovanni Stirparo from Volupte.
