[2007] Sputnik Vodka /UKBG National Cocktail Competition HEAT results from London
London Heat results from the event held at the Carbon Club.
Antonio D'Andrea of Donovan’s Bar, Brown’s Hotel, took first place with his cocktail, Balsamic Affair.
Lenny Musatov from Russian Vodka House, Salvatore Calabrese, President
UKBG, London heat winner Antonio D'Andreas, and Peter Dorelli are all
smiles as the London event brought down the house.
Alex Boggio was second, with Steve McDermot in joint second place. The Wild Card was Richard Daily, and the Technical Efficiency place was awarded to Manuel Soro.

Balsamic Affair
50ml Sputnik
10ml white balsamic vinegar
10ml vanilla liqueur
4 fresh passion fruit
Garnish: Carved Melon, carrot, potato and radish.
