Cocktail Competitions - RESULT
Results of the UKBG/Campari Winning Cocktails held on 12 March at the Cuckoo Club in Swallow Street, Mayfair.

- dash sugar
- 8 Szechuan peppercorns
Muddle and shake. Garnish with peppercorns.
RED MARTINI

- 30ml Campari
- 25ml Absolut Mandarin
- 20ml Famous Grouse liqueur
- 1 squeezed lime
- 15ml cranberry juice
Shake and strain.
SWEET MARIE

- 50ml Campari
- half fresh apple
- 2 drops rose water
- 20ml sugar syrup
- dash fresh pineapple juice
Muddle. Garnish with apple triangles.

- 30ml Campari
- 35ml Boudier Coigns Paradoxal liqueur
- 25ml Grey goose citron vodka
- 20ml lemon juice
Shake, then double strain into the glass.
Garnish with a sliced maraschino cherry
LAURA

- 3cl Campari
- 4cl Skyy vodka
- 2cl physalis fruit juice
- ginger
- 1cl sour mix
Muddled and shake. Garnish with a physalis, slice of watermelon and a sprig of mint.
CAMPARI SYMPHONY

- 2cl Campari
- 2cl Skyy vodka
- 3cl Mandarine juice
- 4 fresh raspberries
Shake. Garnish with slices of apple.
SOUR ITALIAN
Ludo of Milk and Honey
- 35ml Campari
- 10ml Strega
- 25ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 10ml gomme
- 10ml egg white
Shake and strain into a cold coupette. Garnish with lemon peel.
CAMPARI GOLA
David Hud’Homme of Charlotte St. Hotel
- 30ml Campari
- 25ml pomegranate juice
- 25ml Grand Marnier
- 10ml ginger lemongrass cordial
- 8 Mint leaves
Shake. Garnish with a sprig of mint on top.

Long Drink Suitable for Pitchers – Collins Glass
PITCH INVADER

- 30ml Campari
- 25ml Cinzano Rosso
- 20ml lime juice
- 5 drops Angostura bitters
- 125ml ginger beer
Build over cubed ice and stir. Garnish with interlocked orange wheel and cucumber strips.
ROSSO PASSIONE

- 15ml lychee liqueur
- 15ml Chambord
- 15ml Grand Marnier
- 60ml freshly squeezed blood orange juice
Shake. Garnish caramelized blood orange wheel.
INTERMILANO

- 35ml Tanqueray
- 20ml berry purée
- 15ml Grand Marnier
- ginger ale
Shake and strain.
CAMPARI RED CARD

- ¼ fresh grapefruit
- 2 teaspoonful vanilla sugar
- 35ml passionfruit purée
Muddle. Garnish with grapefruit triangles.
