Cocktail Competitions - RESULT
2006 WORLD COCKTAIL COMPETITION - Port Caras, Thessaloniki, Greece on 6th October 2006.
The new 2006 World Cocktail Champion is Miss Kung Hui Chun of Taiwan, a 20- year-old hospitality student. Her winning cocktail is called Cool Sweet Heart (see recipe below). In second place was Stevancsecz Stefan of Austria and in third place was Tormanen Harri of Finland.

In the World Flairtending Competition, Levent Yilmaz of Turkey took the winner's trophy, with Danilo Oribe of Uruguay in second place (he has won this event previously). Hotter Andi of Austria was in third place.

The UKBG President, Salvatore Calabrese, reported that the event was a great success for his team, with Antonio Dandrea performing well in the Classic category.

- 7.5 cl Fresh Orange Juice

- Garnish: Lemon, Cocktail Cherry, Mint Leaves
- Method: Shake
