Yellow Fever
- 5cl vodka
- 1cl Galliano
- 1cl fresh lime juice
- 3cl pineapple juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a spiral of orange trailing over the edge of the glass.
Yellow Parrot
- 3cl yellow Chartreuse
- 3cl apricot brandy
- 2cl anisette
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Yum
- 5cl Grand Marnier
- 2cl peach schnapps
- 1cl crème de framboise (raspberry liqueur)
- 3cl fresh leon juice
- 9cl clear apple juice
- dash gomme syrup
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a highball filled with ice. Garnish with two raspberries and a leaf of mint on a cocktail stick.
