- 7cl cranberry juice
- 2cl fresh lemon juice
- 4 slices fresh ginger root
- 1 teaspoon clear honey
Pour the juices, vodka, and honey into a shaker with ice. Add the ginger. Shake. Strain into a highball filled with ice. Garnish with a thin wedge of apple.
Tequila Breeze
- 6cl gold tequila

- 6cl tequila
- dash triple sec/Cointreau
- 12cl cranberry juice
- 1cl pineapple juice
- 1cl fresh orange juice
Pour the first three ingredients into a highball filled with ice. Stir. Add the pineapple and orange juices. Garnish with a slice of lime. Serve with a stirrer.
Tequila Manhattan
- 6cl silver tequila
- 3cl sweet vermouth
- dash fresh lime juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of orange.
Tequila-tini
- 6cl silver tequila
- 1.5cl dry vermouth
- dash Angostura bitters
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Tequila Mockingbird
- 4cl silver tequila
- 2cl green crème de menthe
- 2cl fresh lime juice
Pour all ingredients into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a wedge of lime. Serve with a straw.
Tequila Sunrise
- 5cl tequila
- 15cl fresh orange juice
- 2 dashes grenadine
Pour the tequila and orange juice into the highball filled with ice. Stir. Add the grenadine slowly and watch it trickle down through the drink. Stir just before drinking to create a fabulous sunrise effect. Garnish with a slice of orange in a spiral. Serve with a straw and a stirrer.

- 2cl triple sec/Cointreau

- half mango, diced
- dash grenadine
Pour all ingredients into a blender. Blend. Add crushed ice. Blend again. Pour into a goblet.

- 6cl brandy
- 3cl rum
- dash fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes grenadine

Tijuana Taxi
- 3cl gold tequila
- 1.5cl blue curaçao
- 1.5cl tropical-fruit schnapps
- soda water
Pour the tequila, curaçao, and schnapps into a highball filled with ice. Top up with soda.
Titanic Blue Fizz
- 3cl Galliano
- 1.5cl Strega
- 1.5cl blue curaçao
- 3cl champagne
Pour the Galliano and Strega into a mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into a cocktail glass. Pour the champagne and blue curaçao into a mixing glass with fresh ice. Stir. Then gently float this over the drink. Garnish with a thin slice of star fruit set on the rim.

Tokyo Bloody Mary
- 6cl sake
- 12cl tomato juice
- 2cl fresh lemon juice
- 8 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 4 dashes medium sherry
- 1 pinch celery salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a highball filled with ice. Garnish with a stick of celery.
Tom and Jerry
- 1free-range egg
- 4cl dark rum
- 1.5cl brandy
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
Beat the egg yolk and the egg white separately, then combine in a heatproof toddy glass. Add the spirits and sugar. Fill with boiling water. Grate fresh nutmeg over the drink.
Tomahawk
- 3cl tequila
- 3cl triple sec/Cointreau
- 6cl cranberry juice
- 6cl pineapple juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a highball filled with ice.

- 2cl Galliano

Tour de France
5cl Pernod
- 1.5cl crème de cassis (blackberry liqueur)
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- lemonade
Place the sugar in an old-fashioned glass. Add the spirits. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add a scoop of crushed ice. Top up with lemonade. Stir. Garnish with two blackberries and a sprig of mint.
Tropical Breeze
- 3cl vodka
- 5cl Passóa
- 12cl cranberry juice
- 6cl fresh grapefruit juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a highball filled with ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry on a cocktail stick.
Tropical Love Punch
Serves 12
- 35cl golden rum
- 25cl apricot brandy
- 25cl Passóa liqueur
- 75cl pineapple juice
- 75cl pink grapefruit juice
- 3cl fresh lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons caster sugar
- 1 orange
- 8 strawberries, sliced top to bottom
- half lemon, sliced
Sprinkle the sugar in the punch bowl. Add each liquid ingredient one by one, starting with the juices and ending with the spirits. Stir the mixture well to ensure the sugar is dissolved. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before the guests arrive. Take it out, add the orange, strawberries, and lemon pieces, and a sprig of fresh mint. Add ice as guests arrive. Serve in goblets.
Tropical Spice
- 4cl gold rum
- 2cl Cointreau
- 4cl fresh orange juice
- 4cl papaya juice
- 2cl fresh lime juice
Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a goblet filled with ice. Garnish with a layer of orange slice, a slice of lime and a cherry in the middle on a cocktail stick across the glass. Serve with a straw.
Truffle Martini
- 1 bottle vodka
- 1 whole black truffle, thinly sliced
- few slices fresh ginger root
- 5cl grappa
- dash champagne
Place the thinly sliced black truffle in a bottle of vodka. Add the slivers of fresh ginger and grappa. With the cap firmly on, shake the bottle to combine the ingredients. Place in the freezer for one week to let the flavors infuse.
To make one cocktail: almost fill a cocktail glass with the infused vodka. Top up with a dash of champagne.
