Off the Rails

  • 5cl vodka
  • 2cl pineapple juice
  • 2cl lychee liqueur

Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lychee and mint.

Old-Fashioned

  • 5cl bourbon
  • dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 sugar cube
  • soda water

Place a sugar cube in an old-fashioned glass and soak with Angostura. Add a dash of soda, just enough to cover the cube, and crush it with the back of a barspoon. Add the bourbon, then top up with soda. Stir. Garnish with a slice of orange and a maraschino cherry. Add a twist of lemon in the drink.

Olé

  • 3cl silver tequila
  • 3cl crème de bananas (banana liqueur)
  • 2 dashes blue curaçao

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into an old-fashioned glass with ice. Add a twist of lemon.

Opal

  • 5cl gin
  • 2cl Cointreau
  • 3cl fresh orange juice

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange.

Opal Nera Café

  • 2cl black sambuca
  • 2cl cold black coffee
  • 2cl heavy (double) cream

Pour the first two ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a shot glass. Float the cream on top.

Opera

  • 6cl gin
  • 1.5cl Dubonnet
  • 1.5cl maraschino liqueur

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange.

Orang-a-tang

  • 5cl vodka
  • 2cl triple sec/Cointreau
  • 9cl fresh orange juice
  • 3cl fresh lime juice
  • half teaspoon grenadine
  • dash golden rum

Pour all ingredients, except rum, into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a highball filled with ice. Carefully float the rum over the top. Garnish with a wedge of lime.

Orange Blossom Special

  • 5cl gin
  • 2cl Cointreau
  • 2cl lychee liqueur
  • 1cl fresh lemon juice

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh lychee.

Orange Caipirovska

  • 6cl orange vodka
  • 2cl fresh lime juice
  • 2cl fresh lemon juice
  • half orange, dice
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar

Muddle the orange and the sugar in an old-fashioned glass. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with crushed ice.

Orange Passion

  • 3cl vodka
  • 5cl Passóa
  • 15cl fresh orange juice

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a highball filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of orange.

Orgasm

  • 3cl Irish cream liqueur
  • 3cl Cointreau
  • 3cl double cream

Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Serve at the right moment.

Oriental

  • 4cl rye whiskey
  • 2cl dry vermouth
  • 2cl white crème de cacao
  • 2cl fresh lime juice

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Oriental Martini

  • 5cl vodka
  • 2cl sake
  • 2cl Yuzu juice (a Japanese lime)
  • few slices fresh gingerroot

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Drop a few thin slices of ginger into the drink.

Oriental Passion

  • 5cl gin
  • 2cl limoncello
  • 3cl passionfruit purée
  • dash passionfruit syrup

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange.

Ouzi Shooter

  • 2cl vodka
  • 2cl Pastis
  • 1cl fresh lemon juice
  • dash gomme syrup

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a shot glass.
