- 1cl dry vermouth
- few green pitted olives
- slice of blue cheese
Pour all ingredients, except olives and blue cheese, into a mixing glass. Stir. Pour into a cocktail glass. Stuff the olives with blue cheese and drop in the drink.

- 3cl Pernod
- 3cl Mandarine Napoléon
- 6cl pineapple juice
- bitter lemon
Pour all ingredients, except bitter lemon, into a highball filled with ice. Stir. Top up with bitter lemon. Stir.
New England Iced Tea
- 2cl vodka
- 2cl triple sec/Cointreau
- 2cl gold tequila
- 2cl light rum
- 2cl gin
- 3cl fresh lime juice
- 2cl gomme syrup
- cranberry juice
Pour all ingredients, except cranberry juice, into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a highball filled with ice. Top up with cranberry juice. Stir. Garnish with a wedge of lime. Serve with straws.
