Pour all ingredients into a blender with crushed ice. Blend. Pour into a Margarita glass. Garnish with two blackberries and a sprig of mint on a cocktail stick set across the glass. Serve with a straw.
Peach Margarita
- 4cl silver tequila
- 1.5cl Cointreau
- 1.5cl peach schnapps
- 1cl fresh lime juice
- 1 peach, peeled and diced
Put the diced peach into the blender. Blend. Add a scoop of crushed ice. Blend again. Pour into a Margarita glass. Garnish with a wedge of peach. Serve with a straw.
Melon Margarita
- 4cl tequila
- 1.5cl Cointreau
- 1/2oz /1.5cl melon liqueur
- 1cl fresh lime juice
- few slices yellow melon, diced
Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend. Add a scoop of crushed ice. Blend again. Pour into a Margarita glass. Garnish with several small and different colored balls of melon on a cocktail stick. Serve with a straw.

- 2cl maraschino liqueur

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
Martini
- 9cl gin
- 1 to 2 drops extra dry vermouth
Take a chilled cocktail glass from the freezer, handling it by the stem only. Pour the chilled gin directly into the glass. Fill a clean Angostura bitters bottle with dry vermouth so that you can shake a few drops of vermouth through its pourer into the gin. Float two to three drops of vermouth over the top of the drink.
Cut a thin twist of lemon, then face the twist upside down over the glass and twist it to drop a few tears of juice in the drink. Rub the twist around the rim. An olive is optional.

- 5cl white rum infused with fresh mint
- 2cl fresh lime juice
- dash gomme syrup
Place a few large sprigs of mint in a bottle of white rum to infuse for just a day. Then remove the mint or it will spoil and taint the rum.
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Gently press a leaf of mint on the inside of the glass by the rim. Don't worry-it will stay in place.
