- 5cl bourbon
- 2cl crème de framboise (raspberry liqueur)
- 2cl Grand Marnier
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into a cocktail glass.

- 4cl gold tequila
- 2cl Cointreau
- 2cl pineapple juice
- 2cl fresh orange juice
- 2 dashes grenadine
Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with a wedge of orange. Dip it into a saucer of superfine (caster) sugar.
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into the glass. Add the grenadine. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
La Conga
- 5cl silver tequila
- 2 teaspoons pineapple juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- soda water
Pour all ingredients, except soda, into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Stir. Top up with soda. Stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

- 3cl gin
- 3cl Campari
- 2cl fresh lime juice
- dash gomme syrup
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange.

- 4cl malt whisky
- 1.5cl Tia Maria
- 1.5cl amaretto
- 2cl fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon eggwhite powder
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake to create a froth. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of orange on a cocktail stick.

- 3cl orange curaçao
- 3cl ruby port
- 1.5cl white crème de menthe

- 3cl gin

- 2cl crème de bananas (banana liqueur)
- 2cl amaretto
- 2cl Irish cream liqueur
Pour each ingredient, in the order listed, over the back of a barspoon into a shot glass.
Lanesborough Cocktail
- 1cl Grand Marnier
- 2cl passionfruit juice
- 2cl cranberry juice

Pour the juices and Grand Marnier into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a chilled flute and fill with champagne. Garnish with a strawberry-take out the green stem and replace it with a tiny sprig of mint. Make a slit in the bottom of the strawberry and sit it on the rim.

- 1.5cl amaretto
- 1.5cl peach purée
- 1.5cl cranberry juice
- 1.5cl fresh orange juice

Pour all ingredients, except champagne, into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a chilled flute. Top up with champagne. Garnish with a stem of red currants sitting on the rim.

- 6cl cachaça
- 3cl fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon clear honey
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon

- 3cl white rum

Pour all ingredients into a highball filled with ice. Stir. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.

- 1 barspoon lime marmalade

- 15cl cranberry juice

- cola, chilled
Pour all ingredients, except cola, into a highball filled with ice. Stir. Top up with chilled cola. Garnish with a wedge of lime. Serve with a straw and a stirrer.

- 1.5cl double cream
Pour the bourbon and crème de cacao into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a liqueur glass. Using a barspoon, gently float the cream on top.

- 3cl dark rum
- 3cl fresh orange juice
- 3cl coconut cream
- 1.5cl crème de fraise (strawberry liqueur)
- 1.5cl double cream
- 5 strawberries
- Place all ingredients into a blender. Add a scoop of crushed ice. Blend. Pour into a goblet. Garnish with a strawberry with a sprig of mint. Serve with a straw.
