- 2cl Cointreau
- 2cl fresh lime juice

Pour each ingredient, in the order listed, over the back of a barspoon into a shot glass.

- 6cl bourbon
- 1cl Bénédictine
Pour ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
Kentucky Kiss
- 6cl bourbon
- 1cl Southern Comfort
Pour ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
Kentucky Mac
- 5cl bourbon
- 3cl ginger wine
- 2 slices fresh gingerroot
- 2 large mint leaves
- clear apple juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Top up with apple juice. Stir. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
King Creole
- 3cl dark rum
- 1.5cl crème de banana (banana liqueur)
- 1.5cl Kahlua
- 3cl double cream
Pour all ingredients, except cream, into a shaker with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Gently float the cream over the top.
Kitten's Whiskers
- 3cl gin
- 1.5cl dry vermouth
- 1.5cl sweet vermouth
- 1.5cl fresh orange juice
- 1.5cl Grand Marnier
- dash Angostura biters
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a spiral of orange.
Knickerbocker
- 5cl gin
- 2cl sweet vermouth
- 2cl dry vermouth
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
Knockout
- 3cl gin
- 3cl dry vermouth
- 2cl Pernod
- 1cl white crème de menthe
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Drop a maraschino cherry into the drink.
Knickerbocker Special
- 6cl white rum
- 1.5cl crème de framboise (raspberry liqueur)
- 1cl fresh lemon juice
- 1.5cl orange curaçao
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple.
Kir Imperial
- 2cl crème de framboise (raspberry liqueur)
- champagne
Pour the raspberry liqueur into a champagne flute. Top up with champagne. Stir gently.

- 2cl crème de cassis (black-currant liqueur)

- 15cl apricot nectar
